Fundraising event for Macmillan

September flew by in a blur as Sharon put the finishing touches to an annual event for the UK Gasket & Sealing Association (UKGSA) who held their AGM, Golf Day and fundraising Dinner on 27th September, with a committee meeting and dinner the night before!

The annual event also saw the launch of their 25th Anniversary celebrations; Sharon and the team designed a specially printed Programme for the evening dinner as a keepsake for members which included some historical photos from previous events held over the years.

For the event, Sharon and colleagues organised hotel accommodation, menu selections & dinner choices for two evenings, design & print of a new banner stand, design & print of evening Programme, design & print of wine tags, printing of menu choices for delegates, the sourcing & creation of new magnetic badges, table decorations, ordering golf trophies to be engraved with sponsor’s names, collation of raffle prizes…

There was no time to spend relaxing in the spa whilst UKGSA members played golf, as Sharon and the team put the final touches to the room for the evening celebration, which included Black Tie attire.

Everyone who attended said they thoroughly enjoyed the event and the UKGSA raised £1,400.00 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
